Being happy depends on many factors, and money is one of them. Imagine these two scenarios, being sad and broke or being sad and monied? Which is better? You see, Happiness is an emotional state derived from satisfaction or pleasure. Nobody is happy when they don’t have money to cater to their essential needs. Money in your hands diversifies your options to acquire or do things that make you happy. When you don’t have money, you have limited choices to make or no choice at all. Have you noticed that people are suddenly in high spirits when it is payday in your workplace? Laughter, chatter, and high fives, why? The answer is money. The thought of them getting that salary boosts their happiness levels. That said, the Happiness that Money can buy can be short-lived if you don’t spend your money wisely.     I 95% agree but there's room to consider happiness that also exists and is not linked to money.
