How to Resolve Satoshi CORE Mining App “Unstable Network Issue” - Android Users

The latest Satoshi Core Mining App update, 3.7.7 for Android Users, came with issues. With the 3.7.6 and other older versions, android phone miners could quickly log into their accounts and mine core to increase their hash rates (mining rates) daily to get more CORE. Now came version 3.7.7, which added the join the Discord Community icon on the app and, at the same time, locked out miners using phones with an android version below 7.1.1. Even though on the play store, the new update still states that it supports phones using android 5.0 and above. Miners tried all sorts of tricks to login into their accounts, but their efforts have been futile. As a result, this has led to some of them having their accounts suspended. Note that the mining activity stops after the Satoshi BTCs app mines 150 blocks of CORE and is not received. With all eyes on the CORE Mainnet Launch sometime in December 2022, this setback has brought a lot of confusion in the Satoshi BTCs mining camp. Everyone miner wants to mine more CORE before the Mainnet is launched and mining officially stops, but the unstable network issue is dimming those dreams. Attempts to uninstall the app and install older versions have also hit a dead end.

After searching and trying different methods to solve the Unstable Network issue, we have concluded. The only way out is to do the following, either borrow, buy or get a phone with an android version above 7.1.1 or follow the steps outlined here to login into your Satoshi BTCs Mining account and continue grabbing that core. This method requires using a PC, which can work for both Windows and Mac but for the purpose.

First, go to Google and search for BlueStacks. Scroll down the page and choose the correct version for your computer, either windows or mac. Note this method has been tested on a windows pc only, so Mac users can still try it out, and hopefully, it works too.

Download the BlueStacks app fit for your pc and install it normally. Once done, launch it, and you will notice the Play Store icon showing. Click on it to start it as you would do on your phone. You will be prompted to sign in with your Gmail account; go ahead and do so. On the search bar, type Satoshi app, and when it shows up, click on download, wait for it to install, then open it. The app will load normally and direct you to the start page. Navigate to the sign-in page for returning users or start a new registration for the new ones. Log in with the email address you used to sign up and the password. The login attempt into your Satoshi BTCs Mining account should be SUCCESSFUL!

You can resume mining CORE from where you left off or even claim the hash rates and free BTC you missed during the days you were locked missing in action. You will also notice that the BlueStacks app will create a shortcut to the Satoshi BTCs app on your laptop screen, so you don't have to worry next time you want to check on the progress of your mining account. Happy Now? Please go ahead and share this guide with fellow Satoshi CORE miners or even the new ones and let's continue mining as we wait for the CORE Mainnet Launch in December. For Mac users, please try this method out, leave your comments, and let us know if it also works for you too. We are here to help each other.
